**Work Schedule**:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

**Purpose of Your Work**:
As a **Business Intelligence Analyst **working within Redwood Logistics (our parent company),** **you will be responsible for data modeling, reporting, and analysis for Redwood's business units and customers. You will gain experience working with a variety of teams, including transportation brokerage, third-party logistics, consulting, and internal groups such as accounting and finance.
**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:
- Develop and validate new data models in Snowflake or Tableau as needed
- Collaborate with various leaders across multiple business units to design financial and operational reporting within Tableau
- Convert highly detailed data into digestible analysis for various audiences
- Design interactive dashboards
- Project management
**You've Got This?**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to interpret business data and provide analysis
- Experience in data packages or with languages such as SQL
- Advanced experience designing and developing within Tableau and/or Snowflake
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
