We are looking for our Business Intelligence Manager.**Activities.**- Provide the reports, measurement of the metrics and dashboards of all LOB's Products.- Drive and strategize the standardization of processes, methods, tools, data metrics and KPI's leveraging business process and data knowledge.- Understand business strategy and KPI's, and provide stewardship of necessary data and metrics in support of organizational goals.- Lead integration, maintenance, and adoption of business intelligence tools, including regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.- Develop actionable business insights and recommendations to impact performance through revenue and efficiency gains.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs.**Requirements.**- Bachelor's Degree.- Stadistic programs knowledge.- Excel proficiency.- English proficiency.- Experience in this position for 4 years minimum.**Offer.**- M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm.- Base salary + Law benefits + Upper law benefits.- Direct hiring.- Work Zone**:Benito Juárez, CDMX.**We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
