Principle Duties and Responsibilities Timely management in a timely manner for the preparation of Credit Notes and Re-Invoicing.
(request, follow-up and receipt of Document) Daily monitoring of discounts, penalties and litigation procedures with clients through the portals and established communication channels.
Support the administrative field sales team.
Resolution of internal problems with the different areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection and Finance.
Support implementation of projects and initiatives for continuous improvement in coordination with the different areas with which it is related: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection and Finance.
Example: MM portal project implementation Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed in a timely manner so as not to affect Goodyear's collection process.
Manage sales KPIs and Back Office.
Education Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Actuary, Industrial Engineering or any other similar.
Experience Wide knowledge of the administrative processes of the Tire Industry.
Knowledge of Mass Merchandise portals, desired Experience in transnational companies, desired 3 to 5 years minimum in account reconciliations, management of overdue portfolios and billing, desired Knowledge in different sales channels: Retail, Mass Merchandise, Assemblers, Wholesalers and National Accounts, desired Knowledge & Skills Functional and Technical Knowledge Advanced Office Overdue portfolio management Risk management Fundamentals of finance Database management Oriented to results Skills Analytical Attention to details Negotiation- Conciliator Attitude focused on the customer Decision making and problem solving Interpersonal relationships: clients and company staff Conflict Management Effective communication at various levels Experience in work teams and projects Communication management with national and regional work teams.
