As a Business Intelligence Engineer you will be responsible for building and maintaining data models, dashboards and metrics that support Final Customers and/or Internal employee decisions.
You will be fully integrated to the Reporting Cell team following SCRUM principles.
You will participate in all team activities, from the support tickets resolution, new reporting packages development until the final delivery and to the whole reporting ecosystem enhancement.
Also, as a team member, you will engage in the peer review process and act on feedback while learning innovative methods, algorithms, and tools to increase the impact and applicability of the results.
You will engage with peer stakeholders to produce clear, accurate, actionable insights that influence product and service improvements that will impact millions of customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience in areas such as data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or similar technical area.
- Strong in ETL and be able to debug data issues
- Strong in databases/query languages to store, manipulate, and retrieve data (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Aurora).
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Analytical capabilities to slice and dice data and display data in reports for best user experience.
- Ability to interact with peers and stakeholders to drive product and business impact.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to follow best practices and standards.
