Job Description:Responsible for developing and implementing data management and reporting strategies and solutions.Consolidate and prioritize all demand data/reporting needs and develop the right tool to drive data-driven decision-making. Manage the business intelligence team setting the vision and developing members to build insight creation and influencing mindset.What are we looking for?5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies & Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView and record of delivering high-quality BI solutions.Excellent leadership and team management skills & Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.What will be your key responsibilities?Lead a team of BI analysts and developers.Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions.Oversee the design and maintenance of data warehousing systems.Create and manage dashboards and reports to support decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
