Your mission will be to identify specific data needs for each operational area, facilitating the interpretation and application of this data to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be a key promoter of data literacy within the organization and serve as a vital link between the Doters (Loyalty) team and the data intelligence/business intelligence team.Key Responsibilities:Development and implementation of analytical tools: Design, develop, and implement customized analytical tools for different areas and levels of operation.Data strategy generation for operations: Define and implement data strategies that optimize operational efficiency and performance.Evaluation of analytical needs: Identify and assess the analytical needs of each operational area to improve performance and decision-making.Data literacy programs generation: Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills in data usage and analysis in operational areas.Development of data usage training plans: Create and execute training programs for operational teams on data usage and analysis.Creation and tracking of roadmaps: Develop and maintain roadmaps for operational intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and priorities of the operations area.Knowledge and Skills Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (required). A master's degree is preferred.Experience:At least 3 years in business intelligence and data analysis.3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in loyalty programs.Technical Skills:Experience with data analysis and tools (ETL tools, SQL, Tableau, Python, Big) – minimum 3 years.Project management – minimum 1 year.Deep knowledge of airport operations – minimum 3 years.Certifications: Certification in data analysis.Additional Skills:Competence in project management and effective communication skills.Knowledge of data science and artificial intelligence.Benefits you will enjoy as #GenteViva:
