Being part of our ambitious and diverse Insights & Analytics team.To excel in this dynamic and versatile role, you should bring the following:A passion for the FMCG sector and for building a data-driven company.A completed Master's degree related to Business, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.At least 6 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Business analysis role in a commercial company and/or a data-driven consultancy.Experience with continuous data sources like Nielsen, GFK, Kantar, IRI or similar.You know how insights from these sources can deliver commercial impact.You are skilled with PowerBI. Having a Microsoft PL 300 certificate is a plus.It is a plus if you are comfortable to work with SQL and DataBricks.You are an analytical thinker who sees the big picture but is accurate when needed.You have good project management and process improvement skills.You have good people and stakeholder management skills.You can communicate and visualize complex topics in a clear and compelling way.You are a curious, enthusiastic personality and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves.In this dynamic role, you will:Translate the BI vision, together with colleagues, into the right roadmap and user experience.Build win-win relations with the Commercial Excellence team, the IT department, and the Marketing & Sales community.Design high-quality new BI solutions:Help to derive and prioritize business needs.Translate these into requirements, functional and technical designs.Test and iterate solutions built to ensure quality.Lead projects on the BI roadmap: e.G., to build dashboards, to automate data quality, etc.Champion data-driven working at Marketing and Sales. Lead implementations and trainings.React swiftly and decisively on high-priority Business Intelligence (data) issues.Run pan-European analyses: work with IT and global commercial team in the implementation of analytics tools and analyses.e.G. Marketing Effectiveness Models, Market forecasters, price elasticity, etc.Build small pilot (e.G., Microsoft Excel) version tools or analyses if needed
