Lead the backoffice administrative process focused on the Mass Merchandise, National Accounts, and Dealers sales channel with the intention of keeping business indicators within acceptable ranges (past due and customer service, among others).Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesTimely management for the preparation of Credit Notes and Re-Invoicing.Request, follow-up, and receipt of documents.Daily monitoring of discounts, penalties, and litigation procedures with clients through the portals and established communication channels.Support the administrative field sales team. Resolution of internal problems with the different areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection, and Finance.Support implementation of projects and initiatives for continuous improvement in coordination with the different areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection, and Finance.
