In doing this, you will work collaboratively as a member of the management team to help deliver against the Epiroc MEXICO plan and the success of Epiroc AB.- Set and execute the short and long-term strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth of the business line in the US in alignment with the growth ambitions of Epiroc MEXICO.- Through full ownership and accountability, maintain a healthy business line as the individual responsible for the full P&L of the business.**Main Responsibilities**:- Actively manage and develop a strong P&L within the business.- Develop and implement appropriate product and marketing strategies based on the market potential.- Ensure customer loyalty towards Epiroc by providing great product support irrespective of sales channel, customer segment, or customer location.- Build a strong team and demonstrate clear and visible leadership as a member of the Management Team that aligns with the Epiroc culture and values.- Be a team player in working with other members of the Management Team and other parts of the organization to help the business thrive.- Together with the Sales Organization, create strong go-to-market strategies.- Manage, develop and lead direct reports and execute processes of full employee life cycle (i.E. recruiting, onboarding, performance management, responsible feedback, training and development, other HR metrics) and use strategic vision to create appropriate succession plans.**Requirements (General and Specific Knowledge)**:- A college degree related to Construction, Mining, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management is preferred but we will also consider if you have relevant experience in this field.- Five to ten years of relevant experience in the construction business - direct experience with the hydraulic attachments market is preferred.- Proven experience managing people and all aspects of a business profit and loss statement.- Must be fluent in English - speaking and writing
