Join a startup-like nonprofit that partners with a big University from the USA, with a big mission of empowering Latino-owned businesses across the U.S.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide critical administrative support for the leadership team, ensuring efficient scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation of action items.
- Assist the leadership team in drafting and preparing grant requests, ensuring accurate and compelling submissions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on the impact of grants received, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed effectively and within deadlines.
- Display a high level of coachability and a keen aptitude for learning, continuously seeking to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of the U.S. Latino condition over time, supporting our efforts in empowering the Latino community.
- Travel to the Bay Area (Stanford) as required (about five times yearly) and to events and conferences in various cities. Estimated 20% travel.
- Comfortable in front of an audience helping manage the organization's programs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is essential, as the position requires communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business operations and administrative support or similar roles, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated capability in managing relationships at various levels, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet objectives.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful.
- Willingness to travel multiple times a year across the U.S., as business requires.
- Openness to learning and growing in the position, with a passion for contributing to the success of Latino entrepreneurs.
