Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Administration or similar)

Languages: Advanced English

Experience Required:
Typically 3-5 years work experience.

Microsoft Office (Excellent skills on Excel, knowledge on PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to travel as needed

**4.** **Description**

4.1.1. Based on Specialized Knowledge of the Company's Products, acts as a Customer contact regarding Pricing, Product Specifications, Warranty Service, as well as Scheduling and Shipping.

**5.** **Responsibilities**:
5.1.1. Develops, implements and monitors plans versus the achievements.

5.1.2. Create and execute strategies with key accounts for profitable growth

5.1.3. Drives plans and responds to customer requests during regularly scheduled meetings with each customer (minimum (1) per month

5.1.4. Manages accounts receivable

5.1.5. Establishes and maintains working relationships with both the customer and company team members to plan and analyze each customers' business.

5.1.6. Manage project plans to streamline project delivery

5.1.7. Initiate collaboration with cross-functional groups leadership, (e.g., Finance Business Partners), and additional teams (e.g., Talent, Strategy)

5.1.8. Communicate goals to team members, facilitate conversation, and provide strategic feedback on presentations to align programs with the overall firm strategy

5.1.9. Establish a shared purpose across a team; Set priorities, define business problems, and empower teams to support resolution of business issues

5.1.10. Promote collaborative working relationships and effectively develop talent by providing opportunities aligned with goals
