You will be responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) sample management, product notification, cost, and inventory management for the automotive, industrial, medical, military, consumer, and distribution markets.In this role, you will drive optimization of EBU's NPI samples, cost, and inventory to align with corporate goals.You will collaborate with various groups within Micron, explore and introduce new and creative ideas, and support strategies that help the business grow efficiently, effectively, and profitably.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Own EBU on-time sample delivery KPILead internal NPI sample communication and prioritization processDrive continuous improvement of EBU NPI sample processSupport corporate level initiatives related to NPI processWork internally with GSM NPI on the inventory build planWeekly review demand status with GSC & cross-functional team to discuss delays/changes to the planManage NPI demands status and allocate inventory to NPIManage NPI to HVM transition including seedstock planning and aged material dispositionDevelop and manage inventory management strategies and processes to support business unit and corporate objectivesSupport EBU inventory management including die-bank aged and back end/finish goods inventory dispositionManage product notification process including providing input and maintaining PCN metricsQualifications, Experience, and Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or another related discipline; a technical degree and/or MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in engineering, business operations, supply chain, cost, finance, or related areaStrong analytical abilities, including synthesizing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translating data into meaningful strategies for managementProven ability to manage cross-team projects and programsAble to see the big picture while paying attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
