.Business Operation ManagerJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commodity Planning Manager- Regional Factories. This key role requires someone who can effectively coordinate commodity management, planning, and supplier relationships while working with a diverse group of internal teams, including engineering, procurement, factory operations, logistics, and finance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-pressure situations, working collaboratively across teams, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, all while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute detailed plans to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient procurement and delivery of commodities, in alignment with production and business requirements.Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Act swiftly to resolve any issues and continuously improve supplier performance.High-Pressure Decision Making: Navigate tight deadlines and high-pressure situations, ensuring that urgent requirements are met without compromising quality, relationships, or process efficiency.Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across teams and the supply chain.Required Qualifications:Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong background in commodity management, including sourcing, supply chain planning, and vendor relationship management.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability to address issues quickly and effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and the ability to drive results in complex environments.Education & Experience Recommended:Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
