The Business Operations team is responsible for supporting the Sales team within Arrow.
The Business Operations Analyst is a crucial element to ensuring the data is accurate and the process is running smoothly.What You'll Be Doing:Responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations, and troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being metValidates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is neededManages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as neededReviews and maintains process documentation based on Supplier updatesPerforms audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and complianceMonitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriateProvides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking For:Experience with Operations and Customer Service.Experience using Ticketing systems and Solving issues within SLAsCRM experience (Salesforce Preferred).Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Lookup & Reference, Logical functions, Concatenation and Pivot Tables).Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (preferred)Power BI knowledgeWork Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from homeWhat's in It for You?At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
