**This role**
The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of the sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive projects that impact topline / bottomline metrics, presenting outcomes to the leadership.
- Build scalable tools and processes for global Sales and Operations teams.
- Build relationships with Sales and Operations leaders across geographies to implement change management through new tool and process implementation, in order to improve sales metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales processes and metrics and configuring sales CRM systems (zoho preferable)
- Problem solver and prioritization skills to direct your own efforts
- Ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
