**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis, follow-up and presentation of operational metrics and dashboards
- Developing tools and resources for process guidance
- Facilitate the smooth functioning of the different areas across the company, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations by providing necessary support.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to current procedures. Assist with the implementation and optimization of the processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our global team and contribute to special projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and present weekly reports that review data for trends and insights, enabling continuous improvement through actionable items.
- Proactively oversee and follow-up with teams to ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and according to expectations.

**Education**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience supporting coordinating other teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for coordinating with global teams and effectively sharing information across various departments.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Prime attention to detail
- Effective critical thinking skills, analytics, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Have previous working experience with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
