Transforming Information for a Richer LifeMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Key Responsibilities:New Product Introduction/HVM Rollout/EOLCoordinate sample shipments by working with PDT Team, NPI samples planning, POM team, and Order Fulfillment.Track qualification and transition progress of new SSD Programs.Create, monitor, update, and retire part numbers as needed.Communicate engineering/QS sample schedules for orders and availability with internal teams.Collaborate with internal teams on PCN (Product Change Notification) creation.Work with internal PLM teams on establishing sampling guidelines on products.Providing Analysis on Current Quarter MetricsCreate and maintain reports or spreadsheets to track current quarter metrics on SBU product lines.Present/discuss this data to PLM team during weekly meetings.Track and document component risks and opportunities to discuss potential PSP changes on weekly internal NAND component synch call.Compile data that reflects current quarter performance and present that data while hosting a weekly internal SSD synch call with key stakeholders (PLM/relevant BU/DM/SCP).Collaborate with relevant teams to create and execute LTAs with Enterprise OEM customers.Provide analysis and direction on key business decisions within the manufacturing planning process.Interface with Micron BU cross-functional groups to identify and understand any potential and existing business problems.Determine alternative solutions based on available infrastructure and resources.Summarize conclusions and recommend a course of action.Material Level Systems IntegritySAP part number creation and life cycle maintenance.CRT (Customer Requirements Table) maintenance.CTO (Configure to Order) systems assistance and maintenance as required.CCR (Customer Containment Rule) maintenance.
Collaborate with the QMO team to create and implement crucial customer requirement rules.Inventory ManagementWork with supply chain and SBU inventory teams to identify pockets of growing inventory and provide guidance on disposition of that material.Review aged inventory in the unconsumed/unhealthy inventory tracker with the SBU inventory team on a weekly basis.Align with the inventory team and Supply Chain on what build strategy and safety stock levels are needed.Provide detailed analysis to the internal Micron CCO team on inventory attributes.Monitor and guide raw material/SSD controller procurement teams on purchasing decisions to reduce scrap.Business Unit GuidanceWork closely with Supply Chain Planning to attain uninterrupted supply for key customers.Ensure all relevant customer information is completely and effectively communicated internally through the correct channels.Work with a long-term perspective to address business needs.Proactively work to streamline internal processes and systems to ensure excellent support to business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help efficiently EOL SSD programs while minimizing scrap and supporting business needs.The specified role does not encompass finalization of sales agreements or execution of sales contracts.
