Coordinating direction ofsample shipmentsby working with PDT Team, NPI samples planning, POM team, and Order Fulfillment.
Tracking qualification and transition progress of new SSD Programs
Creating, monitoring, updating, and retiring part numbers as needed.
Communicating engineering/QSsample schedules for orders and availability with internal teams.
Collaborationwithinternalteamson PCN(Product Change Notification)creation.
Working withinternalPLMteams onestablishingsampling guidelines onproducts
Providing Analysis on Current Quarter Metrics
Creating andmaintainingof reports or spreadsheets to track current quarter metrics on SBU product lines, presenting/discussing this data toPLMteam during weekly meetings
Tracking and documentingcomponentrisks and opportunities to discuss potential PSPchanges on weeklyinternalNANDcomponentsynch call
Compile data that reflects current quarter performance and present that data while hosting a weeklyinternalSSD synch call on with key stakeholders (PLM/relevantBU/DM/SCP)
Internalto Micron, collaborate withrelevantteams to createand executeLTAswith Enterprise OEM customers
Providing analysis and direction on key business decisions within the manufacturing planning process to ensure the correct product is built for the customers that we planned to support.
Interfacing withMicronBUcross functional groups toidentifyand understand any potential and existing business problems.
Where necessary,developingreports to reflect business or product trends within assigned accounts for review byrelevant BUs such asPLMs,and BU Management.
Determiningalternative solutions based on available infrastructure and resources.
Summarizing conclusions and recommending course of action.
Material level systems integrity
SAP part number creation and life cycle maintenance
CRT (Customer Requirements Table) maintenance
CTO (Configure to Order) systemsassistanceand maintenance asrequired
CCR (Customer Containment Rule) maintenance. Collaborating with the QMO team to create and implement crucial customer requirement rules.
Inventory Management
Working with supply chain and SBU inventory teams toidentifypockets of growing inventory and providing guidance on disposition of that material
Reviewing aged inventoryin the unconsumed/unhealthy inventory trackerwith the SBU inventory team on a weekly basis to help make correct disposition decisions.
Aligning with the inventory team and Supply Chain on what build strategy and safety stock levels are needed
Provide detailed analysis to theinternal MicronCCO team on inventory attributes so we can move aging/attrimpaired material successfully to our channel customers.
Monitor and guide raw material/SSDcontrollerprocurementteamsonpurchasingdecisions to reducescrap
Business Unit Guidance
Working closely withSupply ChainPlanning toattainuninterrupted supply for key customers.
Ensuring all relevant customer information is completely and effectivelycommunicatedinternally onlythrough the correct channels.
Working with a long-term perspective to addressbusinessneeds.
Proactively working to streamlineinternalprocesses and systems to ensureexcellent support to business needs.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to help efficiently EOL SSD programs by minimizing scrap while still effectively supportingbusinessneeds.
