If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do Build strong interactions with stakeholders in both management and operational functions and focus on developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing general business processes and best practices in collaboration.Provide regular insights to the respective management teams on the effectiveness of collaboration and its improvement opportunities supported by reporting and analytics.Lead local & regional coordination of cross Business / Global Unit activities and ensure that aligned ways of working, related reporting, and analytics are in place to support local discussions.Ensure interaction within GBS Service Line where necessary to address stakeholder needs.Communicate to stakeholders on deployed Business Services global/harmonized initiatives, tools & processes.Support the rollout and adoption of action plans and improvement projects through training, guidance, and support as necessary.Share stakeholder feedback across the full GBS Service Line as needed.Back up & support GBS operational teams where necessary, especially when local or business-specific knowledge is required.Who You Are University degree or equivalent.5+ years' experience in either Finance/Controlling roles including AP & AR, Customer Service Management, or HR, ideally in a regional role.Strong application knowledge in e.G., SAP, Concur, Learning Compass, and other data management systems.Have an external and holistic perspective.Global perspective.Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration, and Commitment.Self-driven, communicates effectively, and is a team player with proven ability in strong collaboration.What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
