Our culture is characterized by a focus on work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and a desirable benefits package.**Mission**The Business Partner Coordinator is responsible for managing all our business partner in Mexico, considering all the business lines, to have the visibility of our participation in Mexican territory and as a result increase our market share.**Main Responsibilities**:- Forecasting BP demand and analyzing market trends, considering the targets of sales and budget of each BP.- Administration of KPIs of BPs.- Work closely with Business Development and Territory Management activities to support and participate in Customer Strategy planning and execution with each BPs.- Responsible for adapting Epiroc Mexico's Go-To-Market strategy for all products with the BPs.- Strategy development with each BPs.- Ensures that all sales opportunities from the BPS are being entered into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.- Develop and implement appropriate sales, product and market strategies and priorities for each major product BPs and geographic region.- Plans and executes the best possible market coverage for our entire portfolio of products, primarily through continual development of all market channels.- Measuring our sales partners performance, while evaluating/determining the partners continued participation in the Epiroc market channel.- Ensures of the accomplished of our company polices and standard.**Requirements (General and Specific Knowledge)**:- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.- At least ten years of experience in the Mexico Mining industries (mandatory), preferably with a direct sales or product management background- Possess an analytical and structured approach to the business with good understanding of financial statements and solid business principles- Familiarity with Epiroc Mexico's existing and potential BPs in Mexico
