The Demand Manager collects, understands, assesses and challenges the global demand scenarir a specific product portfolio across all customers. Capture unconstrained demand through statistical and bottoms recasting methods across the 18-month cycle. Collecting, assessing and entering the unconstrained demand (18mths)Work with Marketing, Sales and Business Management to understand unconstrained demand Close collaboration with sales providing latest outloom customr 18 monthsClose collaboration with BL to reflect NPI demandMass market demand projection based on statisticrecastingMarket trends comiom marketing or business intelligenceUnderstanding risk & upsides of current plan and underlying market trends and behaviorsOutline & create understanding on themain risks & upsides of the currerecast.Analyze changes to previous scenario and underlyicts. Align/Present/Explain demand (base & risk/upside) to Segment, Sales & SCO Aligning demand scenario with segment and sales. Presentinancial and volume dimension to the various stakeholdersQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, technical, or business degree Solid Importante empresa (5-10yrs) in business and/or commercial rolesAnalytical Skills:Affinity to numbers and identify trendsMS Excel (mainly), PowerPoint requiredStatistical knowledgeCommunication Skills:Able to communicate with various levels within the organizationClear & concise communication tailored towards the audienceAble to translate data into information
