Business Planning Manager - Techops

This position will be part of the Tech Ops organization and will support the US team with month-end close activities, financial planning analyses, and ad-hoc reporting.About the RoleMajor Accountabilities:Review monthly site PCE spend; focus on personnel costs and indirect spendPrepare monthly inventory reports and perform accrual analysisBuild product standards for new materialsMonitor inventory scrap by productPrepare monthly CapEx actual vs target and spend by project reportPartner with business to build CARsSupport CMO work order financial analysisIdeal Background:Education: University degree in Finance or BusinessLanguages: Fluent in speaking/writing in EnglishExperience: > 7 years in Finance in a variety of functions (BPA & FRA preferred) with manufacturing experienceWhy Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
