The Business Process Analyst for the Opportunityto Cash group will lead initiatives to ensure successful implementation of digitalizationand modernization of finance processes. The role isaccountable to consult with Business and Process Owner, on any level, drivingthe utilization of adequate technologies to address the needed improvementstowards full digitalization and modernization of finance processes.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Analyzes finance processes(in detail where required); assessing automation opportunity, from technicalperspective and performing due diligence to drive improvement and efficiencies.
- Identifiestime-consuming internal processes and build solutions that are reliable.
- Acts as a processoptimization and digitalization consultant.
- Drives innovationthrough process improvement and digitally driven solutions.
- Ensures thetransparency of the ongoing activities.
- Supports the teamsduring the UAT and rollout.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline,or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
- RelevantCertifications, a plus.
- Understanding of Lean principles/methodologies.
- 5+years in comparable business setting, Order to Cash preferred.
- Project lead and/orbusiness development/process improvement.
- Experience in processdesign and digital solution implementations.
- Experience with SAP.
- Capability toeffectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with AItopics (e.g., Machine Learning, Chatbots, etc.)
- Familiar with dataanalytics for process improvement. Ability to listen, support,and motivate team members.
