**Role Definition**
As a business process analyst within the Digital Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading deployment and adoption of the Network Planning and Execution (NPE) tools within the enterprise, through engagement with business partners in the product groups and procurement and facility supply chain teams as well as external supply base in specific regions.
In addition, this role will participate and assist with developing the functional requirements for NPE business processes in support of continuous improvements, and support with tests, training and implementation of these developed capabilities.
**Responsibilities**
- Leads deployment of the NPE modules with regional facilities and suppliers in NA and SA regions
- Supports adoption of the NPE modules within the enterprise and externally with the supply base through training, addressing data discrepancies and working with procurement/supply chain teams for supplier capacity data.
- Execute customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing functionalities.
- Help with design, and test new or enhanced functionalities within NPE modules.
- Execute translating client's requirements to functional documentation, participate in technical designs and test plan with coaching and training.
- Understand customer improvement feedback and collaborate with digital product owners to identify opportunities in product roadmaps for improvements.
