Job DescriptionDefine, create and implement standards for quality management based on SAP standard functions.Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP R3 and S4/Hana QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within quality management.Operate R3 and SAP S4/Hana QM module as the business owner of the processes.Test system upgrades and system enhancements.QM ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global Key user and local Key user.Responsible to provide management accessibility to QM related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements).Serve as a QM related consultant to business leaders regarding the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or similar.Advanced English proficiency.Experience in:Quality ManagementLeading projectsParticipation in Implementation ProjectsKnowledge of:SAP Quality ManagementQuality Checks and DocumentationClaim HandlingSAP modules: SD, FI, CO, MM, PP (basic)Related Processes and FunctionsSkills:Intercultural sensitivityCompany DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
