Business Process Consultant Sap - Quality Management

Job DescriptionDefine, create and implement standards for quality management based on SAP standard functions.Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP R3 and S4/Hana QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within quality management.Operate R3 and SAP S4/Hana QM module as the business owner of the processes.Test system upgrades and system enhancements.QM ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global Key user and local Key user.Responsible to provide management accessibility to QM related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements).Serve as a QM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs.Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
