Your key responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team on a BPE initiative in a business unit or program
Lead junior BPE associates and act as coach of new / existing team members.
Support GPOs and GSOs to optimize and evolve their activities.
- Work with DDIT colleagues to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Support on building the business case / benefits for the process optimization
- Identify parallel processes that may be optimized because of the project
- Facilitate and drive change in a heavily networked environment managing key project stakeholders
Will involve regular travel to Novartis locations where full-time or part-time on-site project delivery is required for internal customers
- Build lasting capabilities in the business: Build BPE capabilities in the business units through the BPE projects; Facilitate knowledge transfer and job shadowing; Ensure sustainability of the optimized process

**Minimum requirements**
- University degree with desirable further education and experience in Senior manager level experience in a consulting organization or internal consulting area.
- Understanding of Novartis business and the Pharma industry
- Shared services, outsourcing, global sourcing
- Lean & Six Sigma Certification (Master Black Belt)
- Project management, change management, agile
