Business Process Management Automation Sr Specialist page is loaded Business Process Management Automation Sr Specialist Apply locations México City, Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico time type Full time posted on Posted 14 Days Ago job requisition id R00167753 As an Internal Specialized Consultant in the Business Process Management (BPM) Center of Expertise, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and optimizing Nissan processes through automation to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance.
Act as a change agent in the organization using Lean Six Sigma and agile principles to map, identify, analyze, define, implement, and sustain improvement opportunities via digital solutions (workflow automation, RPA/RDA, Chatbot, AI, etc), as well as mitigate risks, making sure every process is standardized, optimized, and properly documented.
This is a partially remote role. Key Responsibilities Define scope and estimated benefits, plan, lead, and execute process automation initiatives, including process mapping, opportunity identification, analysis, and custom solution design, development and implementation to ensure efficiency delivery.
Drive process standardization, optimization, and efficiency through workflow simplification and intelligent automation development and implementation.
Track, monitor, and report regularly on project status, including automation development milestones and implementation schedule to ensure on-time completion and sustainability.
Collaborate with other BPM Specialists and Process Owners to Lead and/or participate in information-gathering workshops (either virtual or face-to-face) to understand and analyze opportunities, define action plans, increase engagement, and remove roadblocks.
Identify improvement opportunities within the organization and provide consultation services to clients, sharing proven approaches for automation solutions.
Use Lean and Six Sigma methodology (i.e., value stream mapping, Kaizen, root cause analysis) to support the functions solving problems and identifying opportunities that drive operational improvement aiming for automation improvements and implementations.
Understand the business point of view of End-to-End Processes across the region to propose and develop with empathy alternatives to drive efficiency and performance improvement
Collaborate with IS/IT leaders to validate the appropriate solutions, design the future state and align the implementation of IS-dependent major automation (RPA, System Enhancement, etc.). Ensure projects and benefits are delivered successfully. Drive Quick Wins.
Develops KPIs and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measure the improvement attributable to process redesign in terms of its specific outputs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial , Mechatronics, IA, Informatics/Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Year of experience: 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement / Automation / Artificial Intelligence implementations
Experience in Shared Services Center environment desirable.
Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in Project Management and Processes Automation
Hands-on experience in process automation solutions (Microsoft Power Platform tools, Visual Basic, Power Automate, Tableau, Winshuttle, etc.) implementations.
Experience in RPA project implementation with tangible results (necessary knowledge for RPA opportunity identification and validation).
Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Business acumen to guide the team in terms of process redesign and solution definition.
Knowledge in Agile Methodologies
Language:
English – Advanced
Portuguese – Intermediate (desirable)

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proficient with Power Bi, Tableau, Visual Basic, Power Apps, Power Automate developments
Process Mapping and Project Management tools (i.e., Visio, Project, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
Process Mining Tool (desirable)
Other platforms (Make, UiPath, etc) knowledge is desirable
Specific Course/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (YB, GB, BB) desirable
Process Automation and/or Artificial Intelligence specialization desirable
Process mapping, modeling and automation background
