Business Process Outsourcing And Remote Work Manager

We are an e-commerce and third-party logistics company based in the United States. We have grown very quickly and are now an industry leader in our category.We are looking for assistance in outsourcing many of our office, financial, and development functions to other countries.We are looking for an experienced business process manager, who is also skilled at creating systems and methods for tracking performance of remote teams.This position will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing a small team of specialists who will collectively be responsible for managing the finances, bookkeeping, web development, and data analysis of the company.Requirements for this position are:- excellent spoken and written English- several years experience managing remote teams- several years experience with business process- A fast and reliable Internet connection- The ability to work in central standard time during daylight hours- The ability to work 40 hours per week and more if necessaryThe position will be well compensated, and we intend for this position to remain with our company as we continue to grow.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
