Description Mission: You will be working as part of the global Business Process Excellence team in the Common Shared Services (CSSS) Finance organization reporting directly to BPE Lead based in Krakow, Poland. You will participate in the amazing journey of shaping the catalog of services of the global team while driving the transformation and change in Finance.
Responsibilities: Design, adapt and implement automation tools (VBA, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, SAP Scripting based)Participate in continuous improvement projects or lead the automation partWork closely with finance operational teams to analyze needs and further develop automations and the reporting frameworkContribute and drive further optimization by participating / leading internal projects according to agreed project methodologyRun reports accordingly and prepare dashboards in line with agreed frameworkAct as a change agent and engage with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive same agendaCreate awareness through effective communication and establish collaboration across stakeholders, targeting a high level of harmonization and standardizationAnalyze process performance data and identify process improvementsCollaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency, and standardizationTake active part in developing and implementing processes and procedures, and continuously optimize to gain efficiency and drive productivity gainsSupport in ad-hoc and non-regular, non-standard other activities required by the business needsRequirements: University degree in Finance or relatedAt least 2-3 years' experience in Shared Services environment, within complex, multi-processes environment, for a global company, preferably in a Finance operationsUnderstanding end experience with RPA/hyper automation/VBA/Power Apps, or Data analytics and data mining understanding and experience including working knowledge of Celonis and Power BIStrong practical user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge and experience with SAP/SAP S4 Hana (including Fiori application) would be an assetProject management skills and experience would be an assetProficient in Business English - excellent written and verbal communication skillsCommunication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way, sensitive to communication steps related to all levels of stakeholdersProblem solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding consequences in a systematic mannerStrong stakeholder management skills and feeling comfortable with leading discussion on Finance function management levelIndependence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation#LI-Hybrid
