Job ResponsibilitiesActs as continuous improvement ambassador and actively support the change, promoting and coaching the use of new methods to drive standardization and efficiencies across the company.Partners with Process Owners to design, map, standardize, monitor, and optimize business processes end-to-end.Provides support and guidance to all functions in the application of BPM/Continuous improvement methodologies.Collaborates with the functions to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement and design procedures/work standards that meet the goals.Acts as a change management agent to overcome barriers to change in implementing redesigned/improved processes.Develops KPIs and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measure the improvement attributable to process redesign in terms of its specific outputs.Collaborates with IS/IT leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select, and implement the appropriate solutions that simplify, standardize and ultimately bring cost reductions.Fosters automation to increase productivity and reduce costs.Ensures projects are delivered successfully.
