Job ResponsibilitiesActs as continuous improvement ambassador and actively support the change, promoting and coaching the use of new methods to drive standardization and efficiencies across the company.Partners with Process Owners to design, map, standardize, monitor, and optimize business processes end-to-end.Provides support and guidance to all functions in the application of BPM/Continuous improvement methodologies.Collaborates with the functions to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement and design procedures/work standards that meet the goals.Acts as a change management agent to overcome barriers to change in implementing redesigned/improved processes.Develops KPIs and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measure the improvement attributable to process redesign in terms of its specific outputs.Collaborates with IS/IT leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select, and implement the appropriate solutions that simplify, standardize and ultimately bring cost reductions.Fosters automation to increase productivity and reduce costs.Ensures projects are delivered successfully. Job Knowledge and Skills:Computer Skills:Proficient with Microsoft OfficeProcess Mapping and Project Management tools (for example Lean Six sigma).Process Mining Tool (desirable)2. Years of Experience:3+ years of experience in Process mapping / Business Process Management / Continuous ImprovementStrong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAnalytical mindset to resolve issues and to challenge status quo.High experience in Project Management and Processes ImprovementStrong ability to influence indirectly across the organization.Solid understanding of internal control principles and implicationsProactive / high energy level to enable change management.Experienced in facilitating cross-functional team discussions.Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.Previous work experience with Microsoft 365 (desirable).3. EducationBachelor's degree in industrial or Process Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.4.
