We are growing the Mexico and Brazil based nearshore centers to expand our delivery capabilities within the Americas region.We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process consultant, experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, master data handling, logistics processes, and at least one industry solution or line-of-business solution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive or lead key roles in Professional Services engagements of SAP solutions as logistics business process expert.Advise customers on industry best practices in Digital Industries, mainly on Consumer Industries solution portfolio.Support sales activities during elaboration and evaluation of SAP Services project proposals.Support customer escalations and expert-on-demand requests as required.Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy for digital strategies and innovations.Participate in knowledge sharing and asset improvement.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers.Be involved in preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of implementation projects.Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.Configure customer requirements in SAP systems and support development teams.Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles.Act as Subject Matter Expert in services sales activities.Serve as primary contact from Customer Services & Delivery areas to implement solutions.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESMinimum of 10 years combined industry and SAP consulting experience, with 8 years in SAP logistics consulting.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in MM or SD, with understanding of technical integration and ABAP development.Expertise in handling master data in S/4HANA and SAP Business Partners.Proficient in at least one Industry/LoB solution.Knowledge of Mexico Localization processes and SAP DRC solution is a plus.Experience with SAP FIORI applications.Strong communicator with ability to manage challenging client situations.Proactive leadership and influencing skills.Understanding of AGILE project methodology.EducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
