.We are hiring a**Business Processing Specialist** toperform the basic operational support assigned tasks, for the Direct Sell Accounts, with quoting, order management and reporting activities for limited projects in specific locations, prioritizing as required to meet the delivery timeframes.**What You Will Be Doing**:This person will work and collaborate with some Steelcase stakeholders (Customers, Steelcase Dealers, and Order Fulfillment) to drive and achieve results throughout the Direct Sell model experience.This position will be responsible for the quality and delivery of the assigned outputs and processes, mainly those that are clear, specific, repetitive, and already defined, including product and services specification and their audits. While also being accountable for basic negotiation between order fulfillment, dealers, and customers and workload tracking activities.- Steelcase, we know that work matters and can provide people with a deep sense of purpose. We will continue to maintain this practice as part of our larger hybrid work strategy.- While flexibility varies by role and team, we support choice and control for our employees so they can choose the best place to do their best work.**Who You Are**:Required Skills and Competencies- Bachelor's in international business, Administration or equivalent.- Advanced English is a must- 1-2 years in a similar role is a must- Experience in admin processes is a must.- Good written and verbal English communication skills with strong team focus.- Develops strong working relationships with key players of the the functional areas of the assigned tasks.- Good customer service mainly focused on follow up and negotiation.- Able to make day to day decisions and anticipate.- Detail oriented, strong organizational and planning skills to manage multi-task responsibilities.- Ability to identify opportunities to lead processes.- Ability to understand assigned processes.- New systems, tools & platforms quick learner.- Accountability for performance.Preferred Skills and Competencies- Proficient in MS-Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.- Basic knowledge of SAP, Hedberg, PowerBi and other systems and platforms is a plus.**Why People Choose to Work With Us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
