Please submit your resume in English - we can only consider applications submitted in this language.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.Experience with quantitative analysis and building user journeys.Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, such as running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience as a subject matter expert on compensation plans in the technology industry or cloud.Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders and projects with complex work streams through to completion.Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.Excellent business acumen, tactical thinking, and communication skills.About the Job:A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all.
