**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.
- Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in the design and delivery of in person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.
- Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
- Ability to execute on creating business messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption and managing resistance to change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Excellent people management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship.
- Support the design and development of messages documents and ensure the communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
- Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
- Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
