**Job Description**:
**Position**: Project Manager, Mexico Market Expansion

**Job Overview**:
PayPal is prioritizing the Mexican market as a key area for strategic growth and investment.
We are focused on expanding our product offerings to enhance our two-sided value proposition by enabling more consumer use cases beyond our current checkout product.
To achieve this, we are in the process of securing licenses that will allow us to introduce P2P transactions and balance-holding capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Stakeholder Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all internal and external stakeholders involved in the Mexico market expansion, including product teams, legal, compliance, marketing, and external partners.
- ** Project Planning and Execution**: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all preparatory work is completed on schedule.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and obstacles to the project, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** License Pursuit Support**: Collaborate closely with the legal and compliance teams to support the pursuit of necessary licenses for P2P and balance-holding capabilities.
- ** Communication**: Provide regular updates to senior management and relevant teams on the progress of the project, including any adjustments to timelines or objectives.
- ** Resource Management**: Ensure that all resources required for the project are identified, allocated, and managed effectively.
- ** Product Launch Preparation**: Oversee the preparation for the launch of new product offerings, coordinating with the Product organization and ensuring that all teams are aligned and ready to execute once the licenses are secured.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Monitor the project's performance against key milestones and objectives, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with minimum 5 years experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market, particularly in the context of financial services and digital payments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure.
- Experience with product launches and market entry strategies is highly des
