Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewAdenza seeks a Business Analyst for our global Cloud Services business with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role will require direct communication with users of our software including Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Accounting and therefore prior experience in these environments will be a distinct advantage. You will receive training and will be expected to pass our company certification exams.**Responsibilities**:Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business.Collects and analyzes financial reports, procedures, system design, and other data useful to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinates, drives, and minutes cross-functional meetings, summarizing actions and following up.Assesses current practices and documents, records, and reports on findings.Makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or changes based on assessments of current practices.Facilitates integration of new divisions, teams, or other business segments with existing ones.Collaborates with employees to facilitate the successful implementation of new systems and procedures.Promotes, tracks, and measures compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.Reviews results of program changes for efficacy; makes or recommends further adaptations as needed for continual improvement.Performs other related duties as assigned.Skills and RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English.Knowledge of a broad range of financial products (Fixed Income, Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives, Futures, FX Spot and Forward, Corporate actions, Structured Products, Cash/Treasury and Options) including how they are priced, settled, and managed during their lifecycle.Understanding of Risk, Pricing, analytics Front and Back-office reportingSettlement processing, book structure, accounting, trade lifecycle events, margining, and related static data.At least 3 years experience in the capital market sector (Business Analyst, Operations)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.More about us**Our Office**:We're located in a luxurious building Regus place at Napoles on the 7th floor
