A Business Solutions Analyst will evaluate systems and processes in a functional area and recommend new capabilities and features to support the business goals of that functional area based in commercial solutions like ERP, CRM, etc. They will support build versus buy scenarios, configurations vs customization scenarios, as well as showing alignment with projects to functional area roadmaps. They will work with IT management, development teams, project managers and other internal and external parties as needed to help facilitate the successful completion of company projects and initiatives.
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proved experience in ERP configuration and relationship with Business.
- 3 - 5+ years' experience in Business solutions
- Knowledge of SDLC and how it pertains to software release.
- Experience in direct support of business organizations
- Solution oriented thinking
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to learn independently.
- Knowledge of Process Modeling and

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Ability to expose gaps in current systems and processes and recommend solutions to resolve or increase efficiency.
- Ability to recommend new features, capabilities, and processes that support the current and future business needs of a functional area using capabilities of systems.
- Research and extract data from various sources to build business cases for proposed projects and effectively communicate and present the findings to IT management and stakeholders.
- Responsible for accurately and effectively documenting the new recommendations and providing supporting research to validate the recommendation.
- Oversees the work of other business analysts on the project team to ensure their recommendations are being carried out accurately.
- Provides input to IT Management and functional areas in setting priorities and the order of the work to be done
