We are always seeking TOP TALENT – experienced individuals who embrace our core values of respect, innovation, integrity and impact.Position Summary:The Business Solutions Representative is responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients (Agents) through telephone visits, generating a commercial relationship, which allows negotiations to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.Duties and Responsibilities:Excellent service and provide solutions to incoming and outgoing callsCarry out and document telephone visits to the entire assigned territoryPrice monitoringFollow up on inactive agenciesCreation of business plansProspecting for new businessesCompetition reportProvide service and support to field staffComplete installation of new agenciesDevelop new agentsMaintain and increase the volume of transactions from the assigned territoryMaintain and increase the profitability of transactions from the assigned territoryMaintain and increase the portfolio of assigned agenciesFollow up and solve the situations reported by agents and field staffAbsolute availabilityTeamworkQualifications:Fully bilingual English/SpanishUnderstanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close dealsAbility to prospect, close, follow up, ability to negotiateExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidenceCreative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problemsAbility to multitask and manage business conflictsAbility to analyze the market and target potential customersStrong internet research skillsExcellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skillsVery organized and attentive to details.
