Business Specialist, Amazon Music

We are looking for a candidate to provide support to our internal business teams. You will be a central point of contact for finance queries related to purchasing, procurement, and spend management.Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. Amazon Music delights customers worldwide across multiple tiers of service (ad-supported, Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited).Key job responsibilitiesCreate and update purchase orders in accounting system based on data from project management tool.Support month end close activities and ensure monthly spend data is correctly transferred to finance tool for month end accruals.Support Process automation to reduce manual tasks to a minimum.Cooperate with the internal Finance Operations team to ensure timely and accurate payments.Collaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries.Very good communication skills with a strong customer service focus.Minimum RequirementsBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.Previous experience in finance and/or project management.Excellent English skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word.Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar applications.Any of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese.Experience with any of these tools: monday.com, Asana, JIRA, Airtable.
