But we've still got a long way to go...Fancy joining us?**Role Overview**:- Build, maintain and run timely routines to uncover insights to support top management in decision making as well as push the frontier of the way we look to each of the company's levers of growth to unlock value.- Solves a wide range of problems through ad hoc analyses and Tableau dashboards built by the team and by oneself- Builds strategic frameworks / Processes / Analysis to guide investment decision making- Review Forecast achievement and Forecast proposals- Constantly propose improvements in the formats used to analyze the different metrics to unlock new insights and opportunities- Market status routine review (OKR, KPI)- Helps countries take advantage of the current available pricing and marketplace analytics to understand their needs and eventually escalate problems and opportunities- Deep dives into pricing and matching to support decision making in a ever changing marketplace- Support global and local teams to run routines to bring competitors information and structure output- Conduct market research for analysis enrichment**The good stuff**:We're a company full of happy, motivated people and we never want that to change.
