**Tasks & Responsibilities**
**Client project coordination**
- Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system.
Escalate ambiguous orders to relevant stakeholders- Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address issues when they arise
**Financial support**
- Provide internal and external reports on database usage
**Operational support**
- Timesheet reporting
- Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents where required
- Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
- Provide client usage reports as required
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks for the Sales and Client Services teams
**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Full fluency in English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions
- Educated to A level/local equivalent; Educated to degree level is desirable
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Office; Dynamics 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience
**Preferred**
- Education or work experience in compliance sector
- Prior experience of using internal enterprise systems
