Do you want to join Fortune 100 company as a financial business leader that will be involved in many strategic and financial decisions across Building Construction Products (BCP) division? You will serve as a business partner and provide strategic insights to management teams
responsible for the Aftermarket, Attachments and Industry groups for the BCP Division including driving success of two key BCP growth initiatives.
As a business support manager, you will work within BCP and across other Construction Industries divisions to drive collaboration and transformation within our systems & processes in order to generate deeper business insights & stronger business partner relationships.
**You will be accountable for**:
- Providing strategic support to the Aftermarket Growth Manager, Attachments Product Manager, & VP of Marketing on key initiatives
- Providing insights for both the Aftermarket & Attachments teams on growth and profitability improvement opportunities
- Managing all financial aspects of the Attachments business including forecasting, results analysis, new product introduction, investment analysis, compliance, & operations support
- Leading the investment analysis related to the retail transformation journey
- Creating the vision for the Aftermarket & Attachments dynamic reporting tools
- Driving the communication of our Aftermarket strategy
- Leading & developing a team of engaged, accounting professionals
**Required qualifications**:
- Strong background in accounting, cost accounting, and budget development
- Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed financial analysis and prepare strategic plans
- A recognized Accounting professional Qualification (CMA, CPA or international equivalent)
- Ability to distill complex information & analysis to develop key insights
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific action
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and transform business processes
- Previous experience demonstrating effective leadership
- English Fluent
