**Requirements**:**Professional Experience / required knowledge**:- +2 Years Experience with Manufacturing Engineering & Human Resources- Knowledge of HRIS tools**Education and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Business Administrative career- Bilingual (English & Spanish)- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Willing to travel - Queretaro, Guanajuato, Estado de Mexico, San Luis Potosi & Irapuato**Skills / Abilities**:- Experience in the manufacturing environment- Organizational and planning skills- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality- In-depth knowledge of the employment legislation in Mexico- Strong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organization- Teamwork, proactive, with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)- Working under pressure and time availability- The ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to senior level management**Benefits**- Health Care Plan- Paid Time Off- Training & Development
