Ability to administer policies equitably. Expertise in employee relations, including performance management, employee motivation, and hiring.Strong administrative, budgeting, and record-keeping skills.Proactive individual.Manufacturing skills desired.Follow configuration management documentation, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities/Activities:Provide analytical support to project management for various projects within the IT Global Business Services team. Projects will vary in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions. Some projects will involve changes to IT and business processes, targeting productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improved compliance.
