Expert in employee relations, including performance management, employee motivation, and hiring.Strong administrative, budgeting, and record-keeping skills.Follow configuration management documentation, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities/Activities:Provide analytical support to project management for various projects in one or more IT portfolios within the IT Global Business Services team.
Projects will vary in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions.
Responsibilities may involve changes to IT and business processes.
Projects can target productivity improvement, cost reduction, and/or improved compliance.
