**- **Repair & Logistics Processes**- **Servers Architecture.
**- **Relational Databases.
**- **Network Infrastructure.
**- **Material Reuirement Planning.
**- **Rapid Response,**- **B2B Communication.
****Skills**:- **Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
**- **Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available as required.
**- **Proactive with a high sense of responsibility and accountability**- **Strong interpersonal skills required.
**- **A keen eye for detail, research skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
****Responsibilities**:- **Collaborate in the implementation of existing or additional systems functionalities to meet business needs**- **Identity, analyze and clearly document complex business/user requirements/processes**- **Coordinate/participate/lead the design, development, testing, training, and implementation of effective, automated IT solutions.
**- **Suggest changes in the use of the system to better meet customers' requirements.
