**Business Systems Analyst 4****Education**:- 4 year degree**Experience**:- 5 years experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.- Subject matter expertise in a specific process, system or function.- Preferably Experience with Oracle ERP in the following modules INV, WMS, PUR, SCP, WIP**Knowledge**:Strong process or data analysis skills with proven results showing ability to influence, work with cross functionalteams.**Skills**:- Good team player.- strong communication & report writing abilities.- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization.**Responsibilities**:- Support multiple projects simultaneously. Work closely with both business & IT project management to help identify, evaluate, prioritize and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio road map. This includes analysis of requests and ideas for projects as well as developing recommended solutions to business issues. Seek & support opportunities for continuous process improvement and process re-engineering activity worldwide
