We are searching for a Business Systems Sr Analyst (SAP) for our client, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses and one of the current fastest growing companies worldwide. Our client's portfolio includes some of the most loved - and most trusted - vision care and eyewear brands in the world.

**GENERAL FUNCTION**
The Sr Business Systems Analyst supports the Organization starting from the Go-Live of the new DC in Tijuana. This includes activities from integrated tests, unit testing, UAT, Go-Live Support and operations training. The Sr BSA is responsible for all SAP and logistics automation systems related topics. During the project phase, they will be responsible to ensure all activities are completed within the set timeline. The Sr BSA will coordinate with SAP IT to report any issue found during testing, document and track. They are also responsible in training operations for all end-to-end activities from Inbound to Outbound in the new DC. The Sr BSA also supports in preparing test data, carrying out tests for all automation processes, and process the automation machines through regression tests.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Builds superb understanding of the SAP AFS WM system in efforts to:

- Identify and develop solutions within SAP toolset to address business requirements.
- Provide functional specification documents where enhancements are needed.
- Adhere to standard process defined for change management, SOP sign off and go-live.
- Create test script, test data, perform Unit tests. Track, report, and document issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct UAT with end users, report issues to IT via standard communication method defined
- Create SOP in standard company format, conduct training sessions for operation users
- Leads gathering of business requirements by being responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation, and communication of business needs and for ensuring proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Efficiently identifies, communicates, and resolves project/process issues
- Develop relationships with end users, supervisors, and managers in operations and other business areas in the DC. Strong communication skills required.
- Serves as the liason between all the different logistics departments - operations, engineering, customer support and bridge the gap with IT
- Performs root cause analysis for SAP WM/MM related issues, work with IT and business partners to coordinate and resolve at root cause level
- Employs techniques to capture requirements e.g. business process mapping/modeling, As-Is/To-Be business process analysis, business process reengineering and adherence to defined standard processes.
- Documents requirements for solutions that address multiple and sometimes conflicting stakeholder groups.
- Effectively communicates issues and risks to cross function and management teams.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- A clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support warehouse management.
- 4+ years' experience in SAP WM /IM.
- 2+ years' logistics automation systems
- Experience communicating face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize work efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to partner with cross functional teams; effectively communicate issues and risks to cross function and management teams.
- Thorough understanding of the warehouse and distribution environment
- High customer orientation and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and solving issues at the root cause.
- Microsoft Office, with extensive knowledge of Excel and Macros.
- Strong requirement gathering skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Spanish

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master's Degree in Information Systems or Supply Chain
- Deep knowledge of SAP AFS system including:

- SAP WM
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems
- Knowledge EDI/IDOC interface is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Distribution Center/Warehouse functions
- Experience in PHP or PL/SQL Programming is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Power Point, Project, Word)
